Let's Put our Heads Together to Reach our Goals

How could we possibly do this on our own? I have been a closet eater. If I isolate myself I am setting myself up to fail. I know I need you and I believe you need me for success. I dedicate this blog to all of you who struggle like me. This blog gives us a place to be honest about it. Lay all the crap aside and be honest. I am powerless over many things...food is one of those things. I can not manage my food without help. I can try to "write it before I bite it."  So, this is your place to do the same. Share without being judged, without correcting others, without fixing others or giving advice.  If someone asks for advice that is fine. Let this just be a place to vent and share. Calling All Suffering with Weight and Food Issues

We are a very overweight society, especially in America. It's not totally our fault. Our food is so manipulated and our poor bodies are struggling. This food causes craving and makes it impossible to stay on a good food plan. There is a taste factor, and the result is we have taken creating food to an obscene level. Then there are the emotional issues of why we eat and it just snowballs from there. We need relief and support from this epidemic. Find a safe haven on this blog to share before you give in to the temptation, to commit your food for the day, to forgive yourself for slips and to ask for help. We can do this together.

Commit Your Food

Use this blog to commit your food to the group daily. By using this tool it will help you make a decision to eat only what you have listed on the blog. You are less likely to eat something that is not on your plan. When you fail to plan, you plan to fail.
