Commit Your Food!

This is the part of the blog where you can commit your food to the group.  By using this tool it will help you make a decision to eat only what you have listed on the blog. You are less likely to eat something that is not on your plan. When you fail to plan, you plan to fail. It doesn't mean we are always perfect, it just means we have a plan.  Preparation is 70% of our success. Don't set yourself up....PLAN!!

We are also going to use the app "My Fitness Pal." I keep my food simple, too much variety sometimes is not best for me. This is a standard day.

B - Protein Shake
S - Protein Bar or Yogurt
L - Sandwich on Whole Wheat
S - Hummus or Fruit
D - Chicken or Fish with Vegetable
I drink plenty of water and green tea. I take my supplements so my body is getting what it needs.

Okay, that is my food commitment.

In 2015 I started juicing. I lost 80 lbs in 10 months. I drank juice two/three times a day then I ate chicken and tomatoes for dinner. I got off blood pressure, prediabeties and cholesterol meds and that was in the first 2 months, so it was the nutrition not the weight loss. This is now 2017 and I was able to keep the weight off for almost 15 months. I fell down right before the summer and lost my, walking/on my feet, job and then started struggling to keep the weight off. Over the last 6 months I am up 55 lbs...ugh, why do we do this to ourselves? So, I am starting over. I'm back down 10 lbs and on my way to being healthy again and more energetic.
